A new kind of service. Service agreements are the bread and butter of a lot of contracting businesses. They keep you busy in the shoulder seasons and keep you in front of the customers. But, there is a constant evolution when it comes to customers, so you have to have some new strategies. So, several contractors shared how they’ve kept their programs booming by catering to the way their customers want to shop. Read it.
