On April 10, 2014, IE3 is going to talk with Frank Cerbone, president of All State Air Control in Mt. Vernon, NY, about recruiting and keeping young employees. And you can join in the conversation!
As the demand on the indoor environment industry for workers increases, contractors need to be able to recruit top talent from the younger generation.
During our chat, Frank will share how his company has worked with not on trade schools, but also high schools, to grow a “farm team” and then created appropriate incentive programs to keep these young workers happy with their jobs.
